All our designs are fully customizable! While we have base templates to help inspire and guide budgets, our designers work with you to pick custom color drapes, specific floral combinations (fresh or artificial), neon text signs, and stage layouts that match your venue layout and event theme.
For large scale events like weddings and reception stages, we highly recommend booking at least 1 to 2 months in advance to ensure slot availability and resource preparation. For smaller, intimate functions like birthdays, Haldi, or cradle ceremonies, booking 2 weeks in advance is usually sufficient.
We do both! We design setups optimized for banquet halls, temple halls, residential homes, lawns, terraces, and open gardens. During our consultation, we analyze venue lighting and wind conditions to make sure the structure and decorations are secure and look amazing throughout the day and night.
Our final quotation is all-inclusive. It covers the custom design setup, transport of decor materials to your venue anywhere in Hyderabad, professional on-site assembly by our skilled crew, and clean-up/dismantling post-event. There are absolutely no hidden charges.
